Micah Price Photography ("I", "me", "my") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information I collect when you visit micahpricephoto.com or buy a print, and how I use it.

What I collect

• Order information — when you buy a print, my payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email, shipping address, and payment details in order to process the transaction and ship your order.
• Messages — if you contact me or join the print list, I receive the name, email, and message you provide.
• Anonymous usage stats — I use a privacy-friendly analytics tool (Plausible) to see aggregate visit counts and which pages are popular. It sets no cookies, does not track you across sites, and never collects personal information. I do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How I use it

• To process, fulfill, and ship your print orders.
• To respond to your inquiries.
• To send occasional emails about new prints — only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe anytime.

Who I share it with

I never sell your personal information. I share it only with the service providers needed to run this shop: Stripe (payments), Netlify (website hosting), and my print/shipping partners to fulfill orders. Each handles your data under their own privacy terms.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you. Just email micahprice03@gmail.com and I'll take care of it.
