These terms govern your purchase of prints from micahpricephoto.com ("the site"), operated by Micah Price Photography. By placing an order you agree to them.

The prints

I sell fine-art prints of my original photographs, made to order in the sizes and prices listed on the site. Colors and appearance may vary slightly from your screen due to monitor differences and the nature of printing.

Orders & payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout. An order is confirmed once payment is received; I reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.

Copyright & usage

All photographs on this site are © Micah Price and remain my intellectual property. Buying a print grants you the right to display it privately in your home or office. It does not transfer copyright or grant any license to reproduce, resell, publish, or use the image commercially. For licensing, please get in touch.

Disclaimers & liability

The site and prints are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, my liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
